 B-Complex vitamins are active in providing the body with energy. These vitamins are vital in the metabolism of fats and proteins. They are necessary for the normal functioning of the nervous system, maintenance of muscle tone in the gastrointestinal tract and for the health of skin, hair, mouth and liver.  
B-Complex vitamins take care of 96% of the deficiencies in the body. B-vitamins are water-soluble and any excess is not stored in the body. Therefore, they must be replaced daily.
 It is important to remember that all B-vitamins should be taken together. They are interrelated in function. You may take additional doses of individual B-vitamins for extended periods of time.
 Minerals are as important as vitamins for balance in the body. Every function of the body is dependent on vitamins and minerals and they are interrelated. When the tissue and organs of the body become stressed from bad habits, toxins, illness or disease they are unable to assimilate the proper amount of nutrients.  The pancreas is a muscle that has a function to produce insulin. When this function is impaired by improper diet or doses of synthetic insulin the pancreas will cease to produce insulin. Much as arm that has been in a cast for a year it will atrophy and be unable to function. Chromium will stimulate the pancreas to begin producing natural amounts of insulin for the body to function properly.

 Parsley is also high in chlorophyll content. It is a source of several B-vitamins, vitamin a, calcium, manganese and phosphorus.
